Another suggestion of how we could do this. Maybe it's a bit farfetched I'm not sure, but I think it may help keep things a bit organized:
Here we could have two threats per character, one with DISCUSSION and want with SETTLED PLOT (or something of the like, I’m not sure about the name yet ahah)
‘Discussion’ would be so that the author of the character expresses what they are looking for their character or what they’d like to them to accomplish and such and then the others can give their opinion or suggestions as to what they think that could work.
‘Settled plot’ would be for the ideas that have been decided on by the group and that will make their appearance at some point of the comic (or simply facts that people should keep in mind). So more than for actual discussion about the character, it would be a reminder with side-notes. We can have the threads as ‘sticky’ so that we won’t lose tract of them and they are easily visible at the top of the board.
Would this work or is it too complicated?

Mmm.. 2 threads of each charas might looked confusing once there are more characters in the collab. One thread should be fine I think. Just have to put the chara's name before putting the 'DISCUSSION' & 'SETTLED PLOTS' XD
